Wednesday, July 26th – Galesburg Meat Company | $15

  1. Smoked Turkey
  2. Beef Brisket (smoked to perfection, carved at the dinner)
  3. Vegetarian: Lasagne (must pre-reserve) or Dinner Salad (anytime)

Each entree served with w/green beans, mashed potatoes, roll and house salad

Saturday, July 29th – Dig In Cafe | $20

  1. Ribs
  2. Chicken Alfredo
  3. Vegetarian: Noodles Alfredo, Dinner Salad

Each entree served with corn casserole, side salad, and a roll

Sunday, July 30th – Galesburg Meat Company | $15

  1. Pulled Pork Sandwich
  2. Top Sirloin (smoked to perfection, carved at the dinner)
  3. Vegetarian: Noodles Alfredo with Mushrooms (must pre-reserve) or Dinner Salad (available anytime)

Each entree served with red skinned potatoes, green beans, roll, and side salad

Wednesday, August 2nd – Kitchen House | $20 

Four Cheese Manicotti served with Caesar salad & flourless mocha cake

Saturday, August 5th – Dig In Cafe* | $20
*Need 3 Day Advance Notice for Brisket

Each entree served with cottage potatoes, steamed California blend vegetables, side salad, and roll

Sunday, August 6th – Galesburg Meat Company | $15

  1. Smoked Chicken
  2. BBQ Ribs
  3. Vegetarian: Lasagne (must pre-reserve) or Dinner Salad (anytime)

Sides include green beans, red skinned potatoes, roll, side salad

Call the box office to purchase – 269-731-4121

If you make a reservation and pre-order, pick up your meal voucher at the Box Office.

If you walk up, your meal voucher can be purchased at The Rehearsal Shed.

The Rehearsal Shed opens at 7:00 Wednesday & Saturday, and 4:00 on Sunday.
